Ask yourself "What would I be doing if this is my last day of life?". This question will prompt your thinking about the important things in your life making you clear on what you should be doing during the day.

Steve Jobs used to ask himself a question at the starting of the day, "If these days have been the final day of my existence, would I want to do what I'm about to do with my day?" If the answer is no to a thing, it means he needs to change it.

The energy you get from vegetables and fruits boosts your creativity and productivity. Also, fruit and veggies play a vital role in enhancing your happiness and outlook.
